A Romantic Weekend In Newport, Rhode Island
There are so many things to do in Rhode Island, and especially Newport. Some things not to miss are visiting the mansions such as Marble House and The Breakers. These massive houses are not only historical but also amazing to see!

While in that area I would recommend doing the cliff walk which is a path guided through the cliffs over looking the ocean with beautiful stops to see breathtaking sights.

For some nice shopping downtown Newport has everything you need from stand alone stores such as Express, Ann Taylor, and The Gap to small shops with local jewelry and other Rhode Island made gifts. The shops are located right on the Newport Harbor.

For dinner I would recommend a seafood restaurant. There are many choices around, but seafood in Rhode Island is a must! If it is peak season, such as the summer, I would highly suggest getting a reservation.
